Christmas is just around the corner and it will soon be time to start looking at getting gifts for loved ones near and far. To ensure you have a happy holiday without any gift mishaps, we have put together information on our Christmas opening times and online order cut offs to make sure your Christmas gift efforts are smooth and festive.

For those of you shopping online, we have some dates that you should be aware of when planning your holiday shopping with us.

Mid-day on December 20th is a big date to bear in mind, as it is the last day where we can guarantee that orders placed for next day delivery within the UK are delivered in time for Christmas. We will continue to ship orders throughout the rest of the day on the 20th and then through to the December 22nd, attempting  to get orders out in time for Christmas, but with the possibility of delays we cannot guarantee that orders placed after mid-day December 20th will make it to you in time before Christmas.

It is worth noting that we will do our best to get all orders placed during these last days out in time for Christmas, but priority will be placed on the orders where expedited shipping has been paid for. After the 22nd of December, we will revert back to our standard delivery time of 3-5 days for the rest of the holiday period.

We will continue to process orders on December 23rd, but please note any orders placed on this date will be delivered after Christmas.

For orders placed within Europe, the point beyond which we will not be able to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas is mid-day on December 15th. Any orders placed after this we will try to accommodate as best as we can, if you have any questions about this please get in touch with us and we can look into each individual case.

We are offering you the chance to return any product bought as a Christmas Gift during the month of December for a full refund, as long as you have notified us by December 31st. To be entitled to a refund we ask that you have completed our returns form online, which can be found here, by the date above. We will then have to have your returned items physically with us by January 14th to be able to process your refund.

For those of you needing to exchange your order for another size or colour, you have until  December 31st to notify us of what you would like to exchange your order for.  We will then have to have the items you wish to exchange physically with us by January 14th. For the exchange to take place, you will need to fill in our returns form with a note stating your intent to exchange the item for another colour/size. Of course, as our stock tends to be limited after the holiday period these exchanges are subject to availability.

While we of course hope that the gifts you pick out with us will find a permanent home with their recipient, we understand that picking out the right size or colour, let alone model is not always the easiest thing.

For orders returned within 14 days of purchase, normal terms and conditions still applies.
